Some of the ladies of Wet Moon, a comic I've yet to check out but eventually will.

Drawn by the talented Ghassan Shanti. He's just got a way with lines that is just graceful, no matter what he draws.

Went for a more desaturated look with this one. The comic itself was originally done in inkwash, so I kinda wanted the same feel without making it look like an inkwash. Took some liberties with skin colour, of which I'm glad. It makes me more confident with the technique I use as far as skin is concerned. Audrey is not as dark as the original artist "colours" her, but I think I get the point across. Fern I wanted to be really pale and almost alien-like. Trilby, that's the first time I've ever coloured freckles, and I probably could've went crazier with them.

I also liked some of the color combinations I used, especially in Mara's bustier/glove. It gives a nice leathe look to it.

I'm sure I don't have the perspective right concerning the block the front row is sitting on, but I still kinda like how it came out.

I think Fern, Audrey, and Kinzoku came out the best face-wise.
